Terms and Conditions

P&P Postal rates are as follows (UK): Up to £10 spend = £1.95 Up to £25 spend = £2.95 Up to £50 spend = £3.95 Over £50 spend = FREE!!! Europe: Up to £10 spend = £2.50 Up to £25 spend = £5.00 Up to £40 spend = £7.50 Up to £60 spend = £10.00 Over £60 spend = £15.00 The prices to Europe may increase if you are buying particularly heavy items such as multiple pieces of card. You will be invoiced separately if this is the case. Please e-mail for a quote if unsure Please e-mail for a P&P quote if you are outside of the UK/Europe. Please note that any charges for customs/import duties remain your responsibility.

Payment We accept credit/debit card payments via our secure online server. Alternatively, personal cheques and postal orders made to Sarah's Cards Ltd and sent to the address detailed below. Please note that when choosing to make payment by post, the items in your order will only be reserved for 5 working days. If payment has not been received after this time, the goods will be returned to stock.

Dispatch We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment and deliver within 4 working days. We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce, at our discretion to mainland UK, Highland & Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly. Channel Islands & all other destinations must be priced separately. Please contact us for a quote.

Returns & Refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a resaleable condition. P&P costs are non-refundable and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of goods being returned so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.

A full refund/exchange will be given on faulty goods or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 2 days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER THIS TIME.

Reservation of Title The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier but the title in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.

Exclusion of Liability No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of any products supplied by Sarah's Cards Limited.
